Our Philosophy

We partner with industrial and commercial property owners and investors, and we understand the need for clear and well-forecasted financials for your property. Because of that, we work with every customer to develop an annual operating budget for their property. This guides the management of the property throughout the year. While exceptions inevitably arise, this finalized property budget allows Nexus to act quickly and proactively on behalf of our owners, without drawing them into the details of everyday property management tasks and activities.

Jason Hagblom - President

Jason specializes in the management, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate properties and land. As a broker, a business owner and an investment property owner, Jason has an enhanced level of perspective and experience in commercial real estate. This knowledge drives him to go the extra mile in all transactions and always results in very satisfied clients. Jason began his real estate career almost 20 years ago by working for one of the state’s top property management firms.
